You will learn all about the principles of Leverage and Cashflow Marketing. You'll focus in on the fastest ways to increase your marketing results now, and get more money flowing into your business.  

Session 3: Streetwise Marketing

• Why would someone choose to do business with you rather than your competition?

Understanding what makes you unique- that which sets you apart from your competitors - will allow you to create a clear marketing message to speak directly to your target market and attract great customers/clients. You will also learn about developing customer loyalty so that these customers keep coming back, time after time.

Session 4: SalesRICH

• What percentage of leads to your site convert into clients?
• How can you make sure that you are not dumping time down the drain chasing cold leads and "D" clients?

Understand how to build your sales funnel to consistently get both quality and quantity.

Session 5: TeamRICH

• How do you Find, Hire, and Retain your Dream Team?

Whether you have a team already or not, at some point you will need one if you want to continue to grow your business. That could mean W-2 employees or simply outsourcing certain parts of your business so that you can focus on the most important tasks. This session is about building your dream, creating an environment for them to succeed. Learn how to become a great leader to inspire them each and every day.

Session 6: Building Systems

• Do you have great systems in your business?

Learn the 4 ways to systemize your business and create a well oiled machine that gives you your time back.  

Session 7: Leverage The Board Game

This is where you get to have some fun and put into practice everything you've learned about business during the ActionCLUB program.
