You will also learn about developing customer loyalty so that these customers keep coming back, time after time.

Session 4: SalesRICH

  • What is your sales process?
  • What percentage of leads to your site convert into clients?
  • How can you make sure that you are not dumping time down the drain chasing cold leads and "D" clients?

Understand how to build your sales funnel to consistently get both quality and quantity.

Session 5: TeamRICH

  • How do you Find, Hire, and Retain your Dream Team?
