I head up a team of certified business and executive coaches and am an ActionCOACH firm owner. We help driven and energetic business owners and leaders grow their top line, increase their profits and improve their operating efficiencies.

As your coaches and advisors, we will help you achieve more using proven tools, methodologies and systems, tested and perfected over tens of thousands of businesses worldwide over the past three decades. Dave joined the Action world after a 30-year career in aerospace, working for some of the legendary names in the industry, running businesses in executive roles for the last 15 years. His career highlights were helping other professionals advance in their careers through his coaching and mentorship. He was looking for the opportunity to apply his experience in building businesses to help others succeed. And to do it at scale across an economic geography, that positively impacts business owners, their families, their employees, and the community. ActionCOACH provides the ability to help any and all businesses succeed through its proven systems, structure and process, to fulfill the vision: World abundance through business re-education. This is Dave's vocation and calling.

Dan joined Acadia ActionCOACH to help Dave fulfill his mission of enabling the prosperity and success of the business community in Connecticut. He brings great experience in marketing and business development having started his own financial services practice and helped travel agency owners develop their sales and marketing teams. Dan truly understands the challenges of business owners and has a passion for helping others achieve their potential. His enthusiasm comes through immediately when you meet Dan, as well as his genuine desire to help others succeed.
