I head up a team of certified business and executive coaches and am an ActionCOACH firm owner. We help driven and energetic business owners and leaders grow their top line, increase their profits and improve their operating efficiencies.

Dave joined the Action world after a 30-year career in aerospace, working for some of the legendary names in the industry, running businesses in executive roles for the last 15 years. His career highlights were helping other professionals advance in their careers through his coaching and mentorship. He was looking for the opportunity to apply his experience in building businesses to help others succeed. And to do it at scale across an economic geography, that positively impacts business owners, their families, their employees, and the community. ActionCOACH provides the ability to help any and all businesses succeed through its proven systems, structure and process, to fulfill the vision: World abundance through business re-education. This is Dave's vocation and calling.
Certified Business Coach
Dan has had a passion for business since he was a child. Growing up on Cod Cape, Dan started his first business, CalBros Boat Cleaning, as a teenager and has been fascinated with businesses ever since.
After graduating from Providence College with a degree in Business Management, he started his career as a Financial Advisor. Over the next 6 ½ years, he built a book of over 200 clients from the ground up, using a variety of sales and marketing strategies and a strong referral system.
From there his passion for travel brought him to Long Island where he worked for Collette Travel, helping Travel Agents to increase their sales, and to develop and execute marketing plans. At the same time he worked as Director of Business Development for NovaLux Yachts, a start-up solar electric yacht company in NY.
In 2020, after the pandemic hit, Dan decided to move to CT to be close to his brother and newborn niece. It was then that he connected with Dave Olchowski, who had just purchased the ActionCOACH Franchise and was looking for someone from the sales and marketing space to launch the firm with him. Seeing that they were aligned on their values and Vision for the firm, Dan came on in August of 2020, went through his coaching training in September, and they launched Acadia ActionCOACH in October of 2020.
As a prolific networker, Dan’s passion for helping the business community to create abundance in their businesses and their lives has been a catalyst for the firm to crack the top 10% of over 1,000 ActionCOACH franchises globally in under 2 years.
