Dave joined the Action world after a 30-year career in aerospace, working for some of the legendary names in the industry, running businesses in executive roles for the last 15 years. His career highlights were helping other professionals advance in their careers through his coaching and mentorship. He was looking for the opportunity to apply his experience in building businesses to help others succeed. And to do it at scale across an economic geography, that positively impacts business owners, their families, their employees, and the community.
